CrypTok Data Base Encryption

This application is implemented to provide a security to the confidentiality of the database contents. And also covers the need for providing levels of privileges to the database users.

•         DBEnc covers the needs of database guarding; this is provided by using the encryption for the sensitive data inside the database using Smart Token.

•         DBEnc gives the database manager the option to select fields in the database to be encrypted using the Smart Token. These data will only be clear text again (decrypted) using the manager’s Smart Token that was used in the encryption.

•         Any regular user will see the confidential data in encrypted form, not clear text.
