CrypTok Multi user File Encryption

This application is implemented for solving the security issues facing the dealing with sensitive data between database and clients, and also for solving other administration and communication security issues.

•         MultiEnc used to solve problem dealing with sensitive data that exist within the database, as well as to resolve the issues related to administration, and security and others.

•         MultiEnc encrypt data that is kept in the database for securing it from any trial or attempts of disclosure. These data is encrypted/ decrypted using the employee Smart Token.

•         Only the authorized Smart Tokens are the one that can see the encrypted data.

•         MultiEnc solves the challenges of the administration security issues, as it uniquely identifies each employee authorized to access the database, also keep tracks with any transaction or activity done on the database (for the purpose of data auditing).

•         The supervisor for the employees can see the auditing file for the database activities in clear text, as the log file is encrypted and only by using the supervisor Smart Token this file can be decrypted.

•         By using MultiEnc all traffic from/to the database server is encrypted, which will provide security to the sensitive data.

•         MultiEnc presents two different types of users: the first is the employee, who is the one that is dealing with the confidential data from the database. While the second is the supervisor who monitor and check any activity done on the data marked as confidential.
