Cryptok WordEnc

The aim of implementing this application is to protect the word files in the system from disclosure.

•         CRYPTOK WORD ENC does not provide a secured data that can be copied nor using prints the screen (Print Screen Button), and is done using the encryption keys that are stored in the Smart Token.

•         CRYPTOK WORD ENC provides data integrity in order to ensure that it will not be any change or amendment or any corruption in the encrypted word files, this is done by using that application by means of digital signature that ensures data integrity.

•         CRYPTOK WORD ENC provides secure login, so you cannot decrypt the word files unless you have Smart Token that was used in encryption.

•         The user selects the word files to encrypt and digitally sign it, using Smart Token used in the encryption process in order to decrypt the word files.

•         Smart Token uses PIN code to enhance authorization procedure.
